Quality & regulatory

Proof, not promises

Every closure we ship carries a documented history: the coil it came from, the lacquer system on it, the liner inserted into it and the dimensional data recorded while it was made.

ISO 9001:2015

Certified quality management system covering design, production, inspection and dispatch.

BRCGS Packaging

Global standard for packaging materials — hygiene, site security, traceability and HACCP.

Food contact

FDA 21 CFR and EU 10/2011 declarations of compliance for every coating and liner combination.

16 CFR 1700.20

Child-resistant closures tested by an accredited laboratory, with reports on file.

In-process control

What we measure, every shift

Statistical process control is not a poster on the wall — it is the reason a closure made in March still fits the same neck in November.

Traceability

From coil to pallet, in one record

01

Incoming material

Coil certificates, resin lot numbers and liner batch data are recorded at goods-in and linked to the production order.

02

Process data

Line, tool, cavity, shift and operator are captured for every production interval, together with the SPC readings taken during it.

03

Retained samples

Physical retains are held for the agreed shelf life of your product, so any field question can be answered against a real part.

04

Release & dispatch

Certificates of conformity accompany each delivery, referencing the lot codes printed on the cartons.

Document library

The paperwork your auditor will ask for

Available on request for any active or quoted article. In the live site these become gated downloads.

Declaration of Compliance

Food-contact status per coating and liner system, referencing FDA 21 CFR and EU 10/2011.

Technical drawing

Dimensioned drawing with tolerances for the configured closure and matching neck finish.

Migration test report

Overall and specific migration results for the intended food simulant and contact conditions.

CR test report

16 CFR 1700.20 protocol results for child-resistant systems, including senior-friendly panel data.

Certificate of conformity

Lot-specific release document issued with every shipment.

Recycled content statement and cradle-to-gate carbon figures per article.

FAQ

Common regulatory questions

Yes. Any change to a raw material, supplier, coating system or tool that could affect form, fit, function or compliance triggers a written notification before the change reaches your delivery.

We supply the material and process documentation packages required for packaging components in regulatory submissions, and can support supplier qualification audits on site.

Retained samples are held for the agreed shelf life of the packed product plus one year, unless your quality agreement specifies a longer period.

Yes — scheduled customer and third-party audits are part of our normal calendar. Contact your account engineer to arrange a date.
