Founded as a metal forming shop and grown into a full closure manufacturer, MCSI USA supplies brands that cannot afford a leaking cap, a mismatched colour or a late pallet.
Our story
Two decades of one product family
MCSI USA began in a single stamping hall producing aluminium shells for regional bottlers. As customers asked for printing, then lining, then application support, we brought each capability in-house rather than sending work out.
Today the plant runs coil coating, offset printing, forming, embossing, liner insertion and assembly on one site — and the engineers who designed your tool are the same people you reach when a line runs hot on a Friday afternoon.

Qualification of 70 % post-consumer aluminium and 50 % PCR polypropylene across core platforms.
