What we do

Everything a closure needs, under one roof

Coating, printing, forming, embossing, lining, assembly and testing happen on the same site. Nothing leaves the building half-finished — which is why our lead times and our tolerances hold.

01

Coil coating & lacquering

Aluminium coil is cleaned, primed and lacquered in-line to the exact food-contact system your product requires — before a single cap is formed.

02

Offset & digital printing

Up to six colours plus varnish on flat sheet, with digital short-run printing for launches, limited editions and market tests.

03

Stamping & forming

High-speed presses draw, curl and knurl the shell, holding skirt height and roundness within the tolerances your capping head expects.

04

Embossing & hot foil

Dies produced in our own tool room deliver crisp embossing and debossing, with hot foil in gold, silver and custom shades.

05

Liner insertion & lining

Cut-and-insert or flowed-in liner systems, applied and inspected in a controlled environment with 100 % presence verification.

06

Tooling & engineering

New shell tools, embossing dies and orifice inserts designed and cut in-house, so a design change does not cost you a quarter.

07

Innovation center

Rapid prototyping, 3D-printed concept caps and shelf mock-ups so marketing and engineering can agree before tooling is cut.

08

Line trials & validation

Our application engineers attend your first run, set torque and document the validated parameters for your production record.

09

Supply programmes

Scheduled call-offs, safety stock and vendor-managed inventory, shipped from regional distribution points.

Decoration

The 30 mm that carries your brand

On a shelf, the closure is often the first metal your customer touches. We treat it as a brand surface, not a component.

Up to six colours plus protective varnish, printed on flat sheet before forming for edge-to-edge coverage with no distortion. Pantone matching with a signed colour standard retained for every SKU.

Metallic and pigment foils applied under heat and pressure for a genuine reflective finish that print alone cannot achieve. Available as full rings, panels or fine detail work.

Raised or recessed logos on the top panel and skirt, cut from hardened dies in our own tool room. Depth and draft angles are engineered so the closure still runs at line speed.

Matte, soft-touch, brushed and anodised surfaces, plus tactile varnishes and spot gloss for contrast. Anodising is available on aluminium platforms only.

Laser-engraved lot codes, unique QR serialisation and NFC inlays for authentication and consumer engagement, delivered with the data file your platform expects.

Beyond the closure

Services that keep your line running

Application engineering

Capping-head setup, torque studies and troubleshooting on your site — including lines that were not originally built for our closures.

Artwork management

We take your brand assets, adapt them to the closure geometry and return a proof and a colour standard before anything is printed.

Regulatory support

Declarations of compliance, migration testing and change notifications issued proactively when a raw material or supplier changes.

Prototyping

3D-printed and short-run samples for shelf tests, photo shoots and consumer research long before the tooling is committed.

Inventory programmes

Blanket orders with scheduled call-offs, buffer stock agreements and vendor-managed inventory.

Private label & contract

Manufacturing under your own brand or specification, with confidentiality and IP handling agreed up front.

Bring us your hardest closure

Odd neck finish, aggressive formulation, a launch date that is already too close — those are the projects our engineers ask for.
