Who we are

A closure partner, not just a cap supplier.

MCSI USA operates a fully integrated closure plant: coil coating, printing, forming, lining and assembly all happen under one roof. That means fewer hand-offs, tighter tolerances and a single team accountable for the part that touches your product.

  • Aluminium and polymer closures from 18 mm to 120 mm
  • In-house tooling, decoration and liner insertion
  • Application trials on your filling line before launch
  • Documented food-contact and pharmaceutical compliance

Every closure format your line needs

Six core platforms, each configurable in diameter, height, liner, colour and decoration. Start from a standard and let our tool team adapt it.

Online closure configurator

Specify your closure in five minutes. Leave with a datasheet.

Pick the format, dimensions, liner, colour, finish and decoration. The configurator renders your closure live, builds a unique specification code and produces a print-ready specification & quotation request you can send straight to procurement.

  • Live 3-view preview — elevation, top panel and cross-section
  • Automatic MCSI specification code for every configuration
  • Print-ready PDF datasheet with your contact details

How we work

From brief to pallet in six controlled steps

STEP 01

Brief & feasibility

You send a spec — or build one in the configurator. Our engineers confirm neck compatibility, liner chemistry and line speed within two working days.

STEP 02

Design & tooling

Artwork adaptation, embossing dies and, where required, new forming tools are produced in our own tool shop to keep lead times short.

STEP 03

Sampling

First articles ship within 10–15 working days, complete with a dimensional report and material declarations.

STEP 04

Line trial

We attend your filling trial, tune application torque and document the validated settings for your production record.

STEP 05

Series production

Statistical process control on every shift, with retained samples and full lot traceability from coil to pallet.

STEP 06

Supply & stocking

Scheduled call-offs, safety stock programmes and vendor-managed inventory from our distribution network.

Quality & compliance

Documented, audited, repeatable

ISO 9001

Certified quality management across every production cell and support function.

BRCGS Packaging

Hygiene, traceability and site security audited to the global food-safety standard.

Food contact

FDA 21 CFR and EU 10/2011 declarations issued with every liner and coating system.

SPC on every lot

Dimensional, torque and seal-integrity data retained for the life of the product.

“We moved three SKUs to MCSI in a single quarter. The line trial support was the difference — they arrived with torque data before we even asked for it.”
